What does that voice in the back of your mind say.. what makes you unconfortable and ashamed at yourself.. this could be anything from echo.. regrets.. fake friends or a past traumatic.. or a negative experience.. whatever it makes you feel unworthy.. ashamed.. or inferior.. stop for awhile identify it.. give it a name.. and write the events down.. tear these written pieces and don't think a lot about them..to start feeling positive on those points step by step...
